Job Description: 
The upcoming Black Pearl Resort & Spa in Santo is looking to hire an Executive Chef who is creative and proficient in all aspects of food preparation. You will be a staff leader and maintain complete control of the kitchen. 
 
  
Responsibilities  
- Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
 
- Modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards
 
- Estimate food requirements and costs
 
- Supervise kitchen staff's activities
 
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with co-workers and customers.

Criteria: 
Requirements 
- Proven working experience as a head chef preferably in a high-end resort
 
- Excellent record of kitchen management 
 
- Keep up with cooking trends and best practices
 
- Working knowledge of MS Office, restaurant management software and POS
 
- BS degree in Culinary science or related certificate
