Job Description: This position reports to the Chief Financial Controller. The primary role for this position is responsible for all debtors and bank reconciliation. Major duties: Weekly and monthly invoicing of our major customer Daily cash receipts, preparation of cheque deposits banking and credit card payment receipts Maintain Post Office Box invoices and Customer Database Conduct daily reconciliations for local and Fx Bank Accounts Monitor all accounts for non-payments and follow up on timely basis Filing of all documentation Inventory Control and Stock Control and Accountability Oversight of month End Stock Counts.

Criteria: Education Tertiary – An accounting diploma or certificate  Vanuatu Secondary School (minimum year 12 Certificate) Experience More than five years previous experience in a similar position Good knowledge of debtor invoicing and bank reconciliation Strong Microsoft Office skills ( excel/word/ outlook) Minimum of 5 years experience with MYOB Enterprise and Retail Manager Experience in Front Counter Cashier Position Friendly customer attitude Ability to work long hours when required Strong commitment to work Ability to handle additional responsibility in a flexible manner Other qualities Computer literate and key board skills Articulate with oral and written communications skills Previous cash audits skills  Honest and reliable and with integrity Good character.
