from suitable qualified persons for the position of Aviation Manager of its
business in Vanuatu. The successful candidate will be based at Bauerfield and
will looked after all aviation operations in Vanuatu.
Criteria:
Applicants will be assessed against the following
selection criteria:
- Must have mechanical or engineering qualifications / background
- Ability to manage, the operations, maintenance and HR issues of Bauerfield
& Pekoa terminals
- In possession of a light and heavy duty driving License
- Must have at least 3 years' experience in a management or supervision role
- Ability to be self-motivated
- Ability to ensure reporting is done on time
- Ability to draft and that all controls procedures are in place and well
respected
- Ability to work under pressure
- Must be computer literate.
