The War Horse Saloon and Restaurant is looking to hire
a qualified Food & Beverage Management couple.
Our goal is to hire an F&B team that will run the Restaurant/Kitchen as one
department and the Bar as a second department. The Managers will oversee the weekly
orders and deliveries. Receive and record all incoming stock, food costing,
weekly liquor/beverage order, staff rosters, meet and greet our guest, and
closing procedures. We are looking to hire a team that understands a high level
of customer service and food quality. We are a very busy establishment and we
looking for an energetic couple to join our team. Immediate start date for
qualified applicant.
Criteria:
- Must be willing to work flexible hours
- Must have minimum 5 years experience in Food and Beverage Management
- Customer service focused
- Stock take
- Food Costing
- POS systems experience
- Email, Word and Excel.
