Responsibilities include: Overseeing technical system operations, and maintenance of IP infrastructure Proactively monitor and maintain the network on a day to day basis Recommending and implementing upgrades to networks and customer environments whilst minimising downtime Support the Sales and Technical teams.

Criteria: Hands on experience with configuring and troubleshooting Cisco and other data and security products Experience with system administration and Windows/ Linux servers in virtualised environments Strong understanding of both firewall and web application security Previous networking experience in a telecommunications or ISP environment preferable In-depth knowledge of networking, system security and system backups Experience with server migration, patch management, database administration and system security Effective communication and management skills.
