Vanuatu Brewing Limited is looking for suitable
applicant for the position mentioned above. The person will be managing the Laboratory.
Duties
and responsibilities:
- Create; monitor the production and the staffs along the chain of process
- Control the products and ensure that the hygiene and security rules are followed
- Follow up on the product’s anomalies, analyze and develop it on the chain process
- Supervise laboratory staffs and train for new instructions
- Organize the weekly beer tasting
- Work out, propose, implement and follow up the annual operational budget for the department.
Criteria:
- Qualification: Year 13 + 3 years in Biotechnology studies in University.
- Experience: +10 years in microbiology or fermentation.
- Other required skills: English, optional French and Bislama; spoken, excellent interpersonal skills, very good computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint).
