Our hotel is seeking to recruit an experienced and qualified individual for the above post.
Assist in maintaining human resource objectives
by selecting, hiring, training, scheduling, and disciplining employees to
ensure that hotel standards, policies and procedures are adhered to at all
timesImplement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards Meets maintenance financial standards by monitoring expenditures; identifying
variances; implementing corrective actionsEvaluates functionality and reliability of facility systems and associated
equipment by conferring with operating departments; identifying problems and
requirementsMaintains function and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment
by implementing a preventive maintenance program; operating and testing systems
and equipment; restoring, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing faulty or
inoperative components and partsImproves function and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment
by studying performance results; identifying, recommending, and implementing
changes, expansions, and additionsMaintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and
procedures; complying with legal codes and regulationsAccomplishes maintenance assigned tasks within given schedulePerform other tasks as assigned to by the Managing Director. 
Criteria: 
Possess standard knowledge of trades/crafts Electricity,
Plumbing, Masonry, Carpentry, and a good working knowledge of building
maintenance, system and grounds maintenance practices and procedures, power,
power generation and distribution systemsBe able to supervisor more that 10 staffUnderstand hotel's customer service standardsPosses basic Electronics Troubleshooting technics Has required Technical Understanding of hotel equipments preventive maintenance. |
