Job Description:

We are seeking a lawyer of at least 20 years post admissions experience as a Senior Litigation Lawyer to undertake a wide variety of commercial and civil litigation in the Supreme Court and court of appeal. Criteria: High level experience in injunctions and company law matters including Receiverships’ and Liquidations is essential. A good record and proven advocacy skill are essential, as are computer literacy and the capacity to undertake the high level legal research. Demonstrated fluency in written and spoken English and good communication skills are essential. The successful Candidate will be industrious, punctual well – presented and able to mentor Ni Vanuatu lawyers and staff.
