Job Description:

General Manager Operations manages the maintenance and operations of the resort to four star standards including onsite restaurant and all service departments.

Criteria:

Requires a university degree in Project Management or similar and ability to manage resort operations including the on-site restaurant, purchasing and maintenance of the resort.  Must have experience in hospitality and tourism at a senior or general management level.  Able to work to targets and within budgets as required.
