Job Description:

We are currently looking for a PasrtyChef/Chef for our busy kitchen.

Criteria:

Minimum 5 years experience in food preparation in a commercial kitchen.  Sound knowledge of quality standards, portion and budget control.  High Level of personal hygiene and a full understanding of health and safety in a kitchen.  Be able to create specials including using fresh local seasonal produce.  Strong staff management and training skills.  Must be a team player and work well under pressure.  Completed an APTC or other Hospitality Course an advantage.  Fluent in English both speaking and writing.
