- Plan Desserts À la carte Menu and special functions
- Ensures that high standards of sanitation cleanliness and safety are maintained throughout baker/dessert section at all times
- Develops standard recipes and techniques for modern dessert preparation and presentation which help to assure consistently high quality
- Experience in stock rotation and prevention wastage

Position Open to Ni-Vanuatu candidates.
Criteria:
- Qualifications: Qualified Pastry/Dessert chef with certificate 3 in professional cookery or higher
- Minimum 4 years experience
- First Aid & bakery section stock control.
