| | Criteria: |
| | - Certificate in Administration and Diploma in Accounting from recognized institution. |
| | - At least 5 years at senior management level Training in Public sector accounting including budget preparation and control with at least 4 years experience. Experience in basic private sector accounting will be essential. |
| | Experience in statistical oriented work/field and advantage. |
| | - English Or French, (or Fluency in both French and English) and Bislama an advantage. |
| | - Excellent character. |
| | - Driver's license required. |
