| | - Engineering or any other engineering related fields. |
| | - A minimum of 5 years in electricity/energy sector in the country. Ability to develop, review and implement government electricity policies and programs in Vanuatu. |
| | - Research Skills, policy development skills, planning skills, report writing skills, project management skills, negotiation skills, computer literate. |
| | - Has a good practical and creative approach to rising issues in the energy sector. |
| | - Good communication and negotiation skills(i.e. Written & spoken) |
| | - Good character, hardworker, mature and reliable. Ability to work independtly. |
| | - must be able to read, write and speak fluently in English, or French and Bislama. |
