| | The MFSL subsidiary is now seeking to recruit for its Branch Office in Santo, a suitably mature person for the position of Loans Officer - Santo Office. This position requires a reliable and responsible person of good character, experience, maturity and dedication with a desire for growth and improvement of micro-loan services to members throughout Vanuatu and especially in Santo and |

| | Duties and responsibilities: |
| | 1) The successful person will be responsible for all member enquiries with the role to provide timely, consistent, efficient and quality service to all fund customers |
| | 2) He/she will be responsible for the operations of the micro-loan services section in the Santo branch office and will be expected to provide leadership and advice in all facets of micro-loan enquiries and will be responsible for developing work procedures and devise improvements of services that are consistent and reflect quality services operations |
| | 3) The loan officer reports directly to the Manager, member financial services limited in Port Vila |
| | 4) Quality micro-loan services operation compliant with professionals standards |
| | 5) Accurate documenting, recording, processing, analyzing and evaluating of financial and micro-loan enquiries |
| | 6) Timely decision-making and solving of problems on financial and micro-loan enquiries |
| | 7) Growth to the micro-loan services in SANMA and other provinces in the northern provinces |
| | 8) Structured approach and close monitoring of micro-loan customer's performance. |
