| | We are currently looking for suitable candidate to fill the position of Sous - Chef in our Kitchen. |

| | - Previous relevant experience of at least 3 - 5 years and qualification in food preparation and kitchen work; Have to be punctual, neat and tidy and maintain high level of hygiene |
| | - Be able to assist the executive chef to create menus from fresh local produce on season |
| | - Should be confident within all sections in kitchen operations |
| | - Possess good interpersonal skills; Be very customer focused |
| | - Be a team player and work well under pressure. |
