| | Live & Learn is seeking to immediately recruit suitable candidates to fill the position of Community Facilitator – Climate Change Adaption – Food Security. |

| | Duties and responsibilities: |
| | Is responsible to assist the project coordinator to establish knowledge hubs for the extension of technologies and approaches for climate change & food security build capacity of community farmers as climate change leaders & government partners and strengthen supportive partnerships for climate change adaptation. |
| | Interested applicant must possess the following: |
| | Criteria: |
| | - Have a minimum of five years experience in community development, NGO and/or Climate Change related work along with a tertiary qualification in a relevant area, preferably at Diploma level |
| | - As community mobilsation and facilitation is integral to this role, you will have high level organising, mobilizing and facilitation skills and a participative style to get the best results from partners, |
| | key stakeholders and target communities |
| | - A commitment to environmental and human sustainability is a must. |
