| | Bred (Vanuatu) Limited is seeking to recruit a highly qualified and experienced person to fill the position of Deputy General Manager, at its head-office in Port Vila. |

| | Duties and responsibilities: |
| | 1) This is a supervisory management role, reporting directly to the General Manager |
| | 2) The successful applicant will be involved in the overall supervisory management of the organization, and will be heading Lending Department and the Customer Service. |

| | - High tertiary qualifications in Economics, Finance and Investment; High level knowledge in Credit Risk Management strategy, policies and procedures across consumer, corporate and financial |
| | institution segments and products |
| | - High level knowledge in transactional credit management (both front office and risk management related); Have more than 15 years banking and finance experience |
| | - Over 5 years banking supervisory management experience; Good communication and project management skills |
| | - Experience of working in a multi-cultural environment |
| | - Ability to work long hours and under pressure. |
