| | Interested applicant must possess the following: |
| | Criteria: |
| | - Previous relevant experience of at least 3 - 5 years and qualification in food preparation and kitchen work |
| | - Have to be punctual, neat and tidy and maintain high level of hygiene; Have worked in the pastry section for at least 1 year |
| | - Be able to assist Head Chef to create menus from fresh local produce |
| | - Should be confident within the pastry section; A full stop after pressure |
| | - Be a team player and work well under pressure. |
