| | Duties and responsibilities: |
| | 1) Ensure that the Ministry has access to high level policy advice, and the capacity to plan, monitor and evaluate effective educational strategies in implementing government policy on education |
| | 2) To promote excellent practice and quality personal education plans across the service for children and young people in care through the development and coordination of the integrated planning systems and processes. |
| | Interested applicant must possess the following requirements: |
| | Criteria: |
| | - Degree or Diploma in Policy Development, Statistical Analysis or equivalent |
| | - Minimum of 3 years experience in policy development, statistical research and analysis, preferably in Education |
| | - Demonstrated analytical and research skills and ability to analyse statistical and other data from a range of sources and in a variety of formats is essential. |

| | Grade H Os 4.3, VT 1,517, 040 annual salary plus entitlement to child & housing allowances |
