| | TVL is seeking local applications from results oriented candidates for this hands –on, commercial and customer focused role. |

| | Duties and Responsibilities: |
| | 1) Chasing debts owed by customers to ensure prompt payment is received |
| | 2) Improving process and procedures in credit control |
| | 3) Liaising with customers in relation to bill queries |
| | 4) Processing monthly customer bills |
| | 5) Supervising and coaching one other team member |
| | 6) Monthly and ad hoc reporting |
| | 7) Assuming customer service responsibilities as required. |
| | Interested applicant must possess the following requirements: |
| | Criteria: |
| | - Previous experience in a high volume private sector accounts receivable environment; Previous staff supervision experience; Strong MS office skills (excel in particular) |
| | - Advanced communication and customer service skills; The ability to work autonomously and to deadlines; Relevant tertiary qualifications preferable- candidates qualified by experience will be |
