| | Criteria: |
| | - A diploma or degree in a field related to development and or management and experience in field research; At least 2 years of proven experience with logical framework approach and other strategies |
| | planning approach; M&E methods and approaches (including quantitative, qualitative and participatory |
| | - Clear understanding of the working of major donors; Develop the overall framework for project in accordance to world vision vanuatu LEAP requirements, for example annual project reviews, participatory |
| | impact assessments, process monitoring, operations monitoring and lessons learned workshops |
| | - Organize and undertake training with stakeholders, including primary stakeholders in M&E skills, including particiatory aspects; Ability to work in and contribute skills in and contribute tyo team building |
